- Established ability to maintain effective parent, community and stakeholder relations, including communication with parents, resolution of concerns in a professional manner, and representation of the school before embassies, external organizations and the wider community
- Solid administrative exposure covering the management of daily school operations, timetabling, facilities, health and safety, admissions, examinations, records management, and liaison with local authorities and accreditation bodies
- Working knowledge of financial oversight and resource management, including direction and leadership in budget planning, financial forecasting, cost control, efficient allocation of resources and institutional planning
- Professionalism, integrity and sound judgment in the discharge of academic, administrative and leadership responsibilities
- Strong instructional leadership and commitment to academic excellence, student learning, wellbeing, and innovative student-centred teaching and learning
