Skills

• Master's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline
• Procurement related certifications like Member Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) from CIPS, UK
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from ISM, USA
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent from APICS/ASCM
• Eight (08) years of verifiable experience in procurement of goods, works, and consulting services
• Experience with subnational/national/international agencies or private sectors in procurement
• Strong, community-driven development, consulting services, and IT procurement experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes for goods, works, and consulting services
• Ensure compliance with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers
• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Oversee contract management and administration
• Provide expert advice on procurement matters
• Liaise with stakeholders and international agencies
