Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale ICT/e-Governance projects, preferably in the health sector. Proven experience in project planning, financial management, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Experience with government/donor-funded projects will be an added advantage.
2	Deputy Project Director	43	Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT or related field with Master's degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Project Management, social sciences or relevant discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in program management, M&E, health systems strengthening, and governance reforms. Proven experience in managing donor-funded projects and strong familiarity with Balochistan health systems is required.
