- Project Director: Requires 16 years of education in Management Sciences/Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university, with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in Project Planning and Management. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of experience in scholarship operations and capacity building. Maximum age limit is 40 years.
- Project Manager: Requires 16 years of education in Management Sciences/MBA from an HEC-recognized university, with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in Project Planning and Management. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 7 years of experience in scholarship operations and capacity building. Maximum age limit is 30 years.
- Accounts Manager: Requires 16 years of education in Business Administration (Finance/Accounts) or Commerce from an HEC-recognized university, with a PIPFA membership or CA Inter/ACCA/ACMA. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Finance, and Accounts is necessary. Maximum age limit is 30 years.
- Project Assistant: Requires 16 years of education in Management Sciences/MBA from an HEC-recognized university, with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Project Planning and Management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in scholarship operations and capacity building. Maximum age limit is 28 years.
