Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and implement purchasing strategies for mechanical processing and carpentry
• Research, evaluate, and qualify new domestic and international suppliers
• Manage RFQs, analyze technical-economic proposals, and negotiate terms
• Evaluate component cost-effectiveness through detailed analysis
• Establish supply agreements and foster long-term strategic supplier relationships
• Plan procurement activities based on production schedules and project needs
• Collaborate with the Technical Office to identify cost-saving design and material alternatives
• Monitor supplier performance based on cost, quality, and punctuality indicators
• Address supply chain challenges and manage non-conformities with the Quality department
• Oversee the purchasing budget and provide functional reporting
• Lead and develop a team of four collaborators
