Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional fundraising plans to meet annual targets through CSR grants and project-based initiatives
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and prospective donors, including corporations, donor organizations, and HNWIs
• Identify and cultivate potential partnerships to enhance organizational visibility and fundraising collaborations
• Engage donors and corporate partners in fundraising events, securing sponsorships and in-kind support
• Enroll new donors through networking and engagement initiatives, ensuring donor satisfaction and retention
• Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of regional fundraising teams, monitoring productivity and goal achievement
• Track regional fundraising performance, prepare periodic progress reports, and coordinate with Head Office for strategic alignment
