Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be an integral part of the Lung Health program within the Community Health Directorate
• Perform spirometry for patients suspected of having asthma or COPD (training provided)
• Administer symptom and quality-of-life questionnaires to patients
• Deliver specialized education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding asthma and COPD
• Coordinate patient diagnostic and review visits
• Actively participate and contribute to weekly and monthly program meetings
• Support program activities, including data collection and input for the Lung Health program
