Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support real-time data availability
• Document field observations, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions
• Facilitate learning and review sessions, capturing lessons learned and success stories
• Coordinate with field teams and district stakeholders for smooth data flow and MEL compliance
• Contribute to evidence generation and knowledge management initiatives
