• Job Title: Team Leader - Employee Banking (AVP)
• Location: Karachi
• Experience Required: Minimum 06 years of sales experience in Employee Banking and/or Transactional Banking, with at least 02 years in a Team Leader or similar role.
• Qualifications: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university/college; MBA/Master's degree preferred.
• Key Skills: Sales Management, Retail Banking Products, Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Portfolio Management.
• Contract Duration: 3 Years (Renewable)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual Employee Banking business targets through effective leadership and management of the assigned Employee Banking Relationship Managers
• To develop and execute Employee Banking sales strategies aligned with the Bank's business objectives to drive team performance and achieve assigned targets
• To lead, coach, mentor and monitor Employee Banking Relationship Managers to improve sales performance and service quality
• To monitor individual & team performance while providing regular feedback to ensure achievement of business objectives
• To identify, develop and expand new corporate relationships and payroll arrangements to expand the Employee Banking portfolio
• To build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and management of corporate institutes to strengthen business partnerships and support portfolio growth
• To review and monitor sales pipelines, customer visits, onboarding activities and portfolio performance to ensure timely achievement targets
• To ensure smooth execution of bulk account opening activities
• To handle Employee Banking portfolio by ensuring growth in accounts, deposits and cross-selling of banking products
• To maintain regular coordination and engagement with internal & external stakeholders
• To drive acquisition and penetration of Employee Banking customers by conducting sales presentations, employee engagement sessions & financial awareness programs
• To ensure compliance of Banking Laws, instructions, regulations and procedures
• To maintain all files / documentation and ensure comprehensive records maintenance related to daily business operations
• To ensure Audit requirements and observations related to business are addressed (both internal and external) and implement measures to minimize and curtail recurrence
• Also ensure that shariah compliant environment is maintained at Islamic Banking windows within the region
• To ensure all processes are completed within the specified TAT
• To ensure all SOPs are followed as per policies and procedure of the Bank
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
