Skills

• Ensure all hospital areas are under surveillance at all times
• Ensure CCTV monitoring is performed vigilantly and thoroughly
• Ensure CCTV monitoring area is not left unsupervised at any times
• Guarantee security staff is present in their designated areas, security supervisors informed otherwise
• Ensure record of details of CCTV monitoring is documented in the incident log book, to be stored and used when required
• Maintain daily log book manual, ensuring supervisors or the HOD sign at the end of every shift
• Ensure all systems and processes are in working order; inform the Team Lead in case of malfunction
• Perform all tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous surveillance of all hospital areas
• Conduct vigilant and thorough CCTV monitoring
• Maintain constant supervision of the CCTV monitoring area
• Verify the presence of security staff in their assigned posts and inform supervisors of any deviations
• Document CCTV monitoring details accurately in the incident log book for future reference
• Maintain a daily manual log book, ensuring it is signed by supervisors or HOD at the end of each shift
• Report any system malfunctions to the Team Lead promptly
• Execute all duties as directed by the Supervisor or Head of Department
