• Proficiency in HMIS software, including patient management, billing, and clinical information systems
• Experience with backend systems, including database management and integration technologies
• Ability to resolve end-user queries and issues related to HMIS & ERP
• Skill in providing timely and effective support to end-users
• Capability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to HMIS software
• Strong collaboration skills with development teams
• Expertise in application development lifecycle management
• Knowledge of system architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee application development, maintenance, and strategy
• Provide application support and backend support for Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), Triage, patient flow, ERP & DB support
• Resolve end-user queries and troubleshoot application issues
• Ensure the smooth operation of all applications running across the hospital
• Deliver high-quality support to end-users and ensure effective use of software
• Oversee the full lifecycle of application development, from design and programming to testing and debugging
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate system development and integration
• Ensure application architecture, security, scalability, and performance meet service needs
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve root causes of issues
