PHIMC Announces Career Opportunities in Lahore

The Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC), a government organization operating under the administrative control of the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab, is inviting applications for two significant positions at its Head Office in Lahore. PHIMC is committed to designing and executing essential healthcare programs for the people of Punjab, aligning with provincial policies and priorities. These roles offer a unique chance for professionals to contribute to impactful health services and foster their career growth within an excellent professional environment.

  • Chief Internal Auditor (CIA): Seeking a member of a recognized professional accounting body (ICAP / ICMA / ACCA / ICAEW) with a minimum of 08 years of post-qualification experience in relevant audit functions, including 03 years in a Chief Internal Auditor role within the public or private sector. Additional qualifications like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA) are advantageous. Age limit is not more than 55 years.
  • Manager, Research & Development: Requires a Master's degree in Health Policy, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Planning, Health Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Sociology, or Data Sciences from an HEC/PMDC recognized institute. A PhD or additional certifications in research methodologies or project management are preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and executing research initiatives for public or private sector health programs, preferably in a leadership role, is essential. Experience in specialized health services like health insurance, child heart care, or transplant services in Pakistan is highly desirable. Age limit is not more than 55 years.

Market competitive remuneration will be offered to the selected candidates. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Successful candidates will be offered employment on a contract basis.
