• Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Requires Masters/Bachelor degree in Energy, Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, or equivalent, with 15 years of experience in large-sized public or private oil & gas companies, including 5 years in Strategic Leadership.
• Company Secretary (CS): Requires membership of a recognized body of professional accountants, or a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, or a Master's degree in business administration or law from a university recognized by HEC, with 8 years of experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
• General Provisions: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
