Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations for the TransKarachi project

• Prepare annual budget estimates for GOS share and Foreign Partners

• Track funds and follow up with National Bank of Pakistan and ADB for timely credit

• Obtain No Objection Letter (NOL) for approvals and assignment accounts
• Record all transactions accurately in the books of accounts (Pak Rupees and US$)
• Maintain cash basis accounts as per government accounting procedures
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports as required by donors
• Coordinate audits for timely initiation, completion, and report production
