Senior Management Opportunities in International Non-Profit

Key Positions Available:

  • Country Finance & Operations Director (Islamabad): Requires a Master's in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, operations, and HR management, preferably in a non-profit setting. Strong understanding of international donor rules and Pakistan labor laws is essential.
  • Senior Manager Procurement (Karachi): Needs a Master's in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years with US Government-funded health projects in Pakistan. Expertise in procurement policies, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation is crucial.

Skills

  • Masters degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or other related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years' experience providing finance, operations, and human resources management oversight at the country level in a non-profit organization in a senior management position
  • Strong knowledge of international donor rules and regulations (e.g., USG Agencies, BMGF, GAVI)
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor law and statutory requirements for registration and tax compliance
  • High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • International NGO experience in Pakistan
  • Masters in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years working on international donor preferably US Government funded health projects in Pakistan
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S.
  • Government procurement policies and regulations
  • Experience of working with INGOs or within development sector in related field
  • Ability to conduct vendor evaluation, manage tendering processes, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in report writing and data-based procurement updates for the senior management
  • High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to travel frequently in the field

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direct supervision of the Country Director/COP and has a functional reporting relationship with the assigned US functional leads (F&O, HR, IT)
  • Responsible for managing procurement activities for the project and in alignment with organizational policies, donor requirements, and local government regulations
  • Ensures efficient, cost-effective, and transparent sourcing of goods and services
