  • Provide comprehensive operational oversight for nursing services, translating policies and procedures into actionable goals and program plans
  • Evaluate nursing activities and resource allocation through detailed analysis of operations, decisions, and interdepartmental relations
  • Coordinate and direct the daily activities of the network to ensure optimal patient care aligned with organizational objectives
  • Ensure strict adherence to clinical patient care standards and established hospital policies and procedures
  • Develop and recommend fiscal planning strategies and budgetary controls
  • Collaborate with senior management to determine fiscal requirements for assigned units and prepare budgetary recommendations
  • Monitor the level of resources utilized in service delivery and assess the appropriateness of resource consumption
  • Ensure all patient care documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with hospital and unit policies
  • Develop and implement a robust Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system across the network and review performance appraisals of Departmental Heads

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of each unit's status, including patient acuity, staff coordination, and progress towards unit goals

  • Coordinate activities with other departments by actively participating in meetings, task forces, committees, and special projects

  • Lead and manage all Human Resources activities for the department, including hiring, allocation, training, professional development, mentoring, counseling, performance evaluations, and terminations

  • Actively participate in the selection process for Departmental Heads across all campuses
