Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor all malaria campaign interventions, including community awareness and mobilization efforts
• Document field observations, identify gaps, and debrief program staff to develop agreed action plans
• Conduct follow-up monitoring visits to ensure implementation of action plans and maintain a 'Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker'
• Validate and collect malaria campaign relevant data, ensuring data consistency and providing technical backstopping for accurate recording
• Participate in review meetings to discuss program performance and findings
• Manage the Complaint and Feedback Mechanism at the district level to facilitate beneficiary input
• Assist the central/provincial M&E unit in developing key compliance/quality questions and minimum standards for campaign performance monitoring
• Support baseline surveys, monitoring, and assessment exercises as required
• Coordinate with the district health department for the smooth implementation of campaign activities
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the line manager
