- Assist in training staff on quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient convenience
- Review and investigate mortality and morbidity rates
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of quality initiatives
- Perform reviews using approved Indicators Monitoring System (IMS) databases
- Ensure hospital-wide compliance with regulatory bodies and standards
- Develop, maintain, analyze, and report on patient medical record audits
- Perform other assigned tasks commensurate with knowledge and skills
