Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate management-related issues in the A&E department, especially during night shifts
• Report important and urgent clinical issues to the A&E clinical head
• Liaise with medical and non-medical staff within the department and with other stakeholders
• Ensure the implementation of administrative/clinical policies and SOPs
• Provide medical support to team members for quick patient management
• Document patient medical information accurately on HIMS
• Ensure proper handover of patients at the end of each shift
• Maintain a professional and polite doctor-patient approach at all times
