• Capability to conduct in-depth studies on Re-Takaful operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on Re-Takaful policies and services
• Ensure Re-Takaful operations, investments, contracts, and agreements adhere to Shariah principles
• Ensure Re-Takaful operations comply with all rules, regulations, rulings, and decisions issued by the SECP
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of Shariah-compliant Re-Takaful policies and procedures
• Provide technical advice and guidance in accordance with Shariah principles on handling facultative and treaty Re-Takaful policies
• Provide training and educational sessions to officers and officials of the Company on Takaful/Re-Takaful matters
• Fulfill all duties as outlined in the Takaful Rules 2012
• Undertake any other assignment or task assigned by, or with the approval of, the CEO or the Board
