• Install and configure operating systems, update BIOS/firmware, and prepare repaired equipment for shipment with quality control
• Document and update interventions and repair files in internal tools
• Manage incoming parts, stock, and returns
• Participate in the continuous improvement of internal procedures and apply manufacturer best practices
