• Operate submersible pumps effectively during rain water flooding and manage seepages
• Dispose of plumbing scrap through the designated channels
• Ensure the proper functioning of domestic water supply, hot and cold water systems, and maintain septic tank levels
• Conduct daily rounds of all general washrooms and address any necessary replacements or repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of pump rooms and equipment, and manage incoming complaints efficiently
