• A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited in MCB Bank, Account No. 0847608141003952, titled "Receipt of Hospital LRH MTI" Branch code (0958). The original deposit slip must accompany the job application.
• All submitted credentials must be attested. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
• Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria, including qualifications and experience, before the closing date. Post-qualification experience will be considered.
• Providing any false information or forged certificates may lead to disqualification.
• The service of incumbents will be governed by the Medical Act 2015 and its amendments.
• Serving civil servants must apply through the proper channel and may need to resign from their previous post if selected.
• Prescribed quotas for disabilities and minorities will be observed as per rules.
• Any attempt to influence the selection committee may result in automatic disqualification. The decision of the selection committee, subject to the Board of Governors' approval, will be final.
