- Installing and configuring laptops, including Windows and software installations
- Troubleshooting the IT infrastructure layer 1 problem including
- Providing help desk support to address user queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting and resolving wireless and printer-related problems, handling installation and configuration
- Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify and address system deficiencies
- Providing technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity, escalating complex issues to higher-level support personnel when necessary
- Setting up conference rooms for meetings as required
- Configuring email settings on mobile devices, laptops, and PCs, and execute user migrations from old to new PCs
- Collaborating with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues and improve overall system performance
