Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute distributions as per caseload of BISP beneficiaries in the concerned health facility
• Monitor the condition of the storage facility and commodities
• Take appropriate actions for efficient space utilization and organized commodity storage
• Perform regular inspections and prepare notes in stock registers on commodity quantity and quality
• Refer to the Compliance Coordinator for appropriate action on commodity issues
• Ensure availability of necessary space and logistics arrangements for receiving bulk supply
• Assist the Compliance Coordinator in compiling reports on monthly/quarterly consumption figures
• Generate reports on supplies management, realistic projections, and stock reports
