• Lead, train, and mentor BMS technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and managing rosters
• Perform diagnostic checks, fault finding, and rectifications on BMS equipment and associated hardware
• Respond promptly to system alarms, investigate root causes, and implement resolutions or escalations
• Plan and oversee planned preventative, routine, and reactive maintenance on all hospital systems and equipment
• Ensure all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including as-built drawings and test reports
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
