• Oversee security personnel and manage shift schedules
• Respond to and manage security incidents effectively
• Ensure implementation of all orders and instructions from HOD
• Assign and supervise duties to Security Guards
• Supervise, train, and mentor security staff
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance of security staff
• Ensure proper handover of shifts with documentation
• Immediately report all incidents to the HOD
• Investigate security breaches and manage emergency situations
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external authorities
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties
• Develop and implement monthly duty rosters and schedules
• Manage staff leaves and attendance
• Conduct regular security drills
• Ensure team members are up-to-date with security protocols
• Liaise with Security Officer for efficient duty execution
• Perform any other assigned task by supervisor or HOD
