• Oversee security personnel and manage shift schedules
• Respond to and manage security incidents effectively
• Implement orders and instructions from HOD
• Assign and supervise duties to Security Guards
• Supervise and maintain discipline among security staff
• Supervise, train, and mentor security staff
• Ensure proper handover of shifts and documentation
• Immediately report all incidents to the HOD
• Investigate security breaches and manage emergency situations
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external authorities
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties
• Develop and implement monthly duty rosters and schedules
• Manage staff leaves and schedules, maintain attendance
• Conduct regular drills and ensure up-to-date security protocols
• Liaise with Security Officer for efficient duty execution
• Perform assigned tasks commensurate with knowledge and skills
