  • Maintain and update SHE documentation, risk assessments, and legal registers
  • Support audits and inspections; track and close corrective actions
  • Conduct SHE risk assessments
  • Implement controls for fire safety, chemical storage, ergonomics, and occupational health
  • Monitor contractor and transporter compliance with SHE standards
  • Develop and implement road safety programs
  • Monitor driver behaviour, vehicle conditions, and compliance with journey management protocols
  • Lead initiatives to reduce road traffic incidents and improve fleet safety performance
  • Deliver SHE training for office staff, warehouse teams, and transport partners
  • Promote awareness campaigns on health, safety, and environmental topics
  • Support emergency preparedness drills and first-aid training
  • Track SHE KPIs for non-make operations
  • Prepare monthly reports and share insights for continuous improvement
  • Support sustainability initiatives related to waste, energy, and carbon reduction in offices and warehouses
