Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Unilever SHE policies and local legal requirements
- Maintain and update SHE documentation, risk assessments, and legal registers
- Support audits and inspections; track and close corrective actions
- Conduct SHE risk assessments
- Implement controls for fire safety, chemical storage, ergonomics, and occupational health
- Monitor contractor and transporter compliance with SHE standards
- Develop and implement road safety programs
- Monitor driver behaviour, vehicle conditions, and compliance with journey management protocols
- Lead initiatives to reduce road traffic incidents and improve fleet safety performance
- Deliver SHE training for office staff, warehouse teams, and transport partners
- Promote awareness campaigns on health, safety, and environmental topics
- Support emergency preparedness drills and first-aid training
- Track SHE KPIs for non-make operations
- Prepare monthly reports and share insights for continuous improvement
- Support sustainability initiatives related to waste, energy, and carbon reduction in offices and warehouses
