Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead development, management, and optimization of the Digital Supply Chain Financing (DSCF) platform
• Oversee implementation of SCF use cases, including Invoice Finance, PO Finance, Distributor Finance, and EWR-based financing
• Define and maintain Product Programs, SOPs, workflows, customer journeys, and risk controls
• Manage anchor clients (corporates, FMCGs, manufacturers, Agri-processors)
• Ensure supplier/distributor onboarding and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide tailored SCF solutions based on anchor needs and ecosystem structure
• Ensure platform hosting aligns with the SBP Cloud Outsourcing Framework and internal Information Security policies
• Oversee secure handling of customer documents, scanned files, and sensitive credit information
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine product features
• Manage product portfolio dashboards and performance reviews
• Drive asset growth and portfolio quality in consumer, SME, women-led SMEs, and Agri segments
• Identify high-potential sectors and geographic areas for expansion
• Improve approval rates through alternate data models, scoring tools, and digital analytics
• Develop dashboards and MIS for management review
• Manage relationships with Agri-tech firms, Fintech lending platforms, market aggregators, and corporate value chains
• Enable integration with digital platforms (APIs, LOS/LMS) through IT & vendor coordination
• Ensure full alignment with SBP's Prudential Regulations for SME & Agri, SBP schemes (e.g., Women Entrepreneurship Schemes, Agri Refinance)
• Ensure adherence to TAT standards and customer service SLAs
• Implement early warning systems and portfolio monitoring mechanisms
• Collaborate with Credit and Risk teams for underwriting, policy alignment, and risk assessments
• Support development of digital governance, audit & internal controls
• Ensure timely closure of audit recommendations
• Maintain complete traceability of loan files, digital trails, and operational logs
• Strengthen internal controls in digital lending operations
• Supervise Digital SME, Agri, and Consumer Lending staff within the Unit
• Provide coaching, training, and knowledge sharing
• Promote a high-performance, complaint, and customer-centric culture
