Urgent Care Medical Officer - Emergency Services

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and perform complete paperwork by filling out relevant forms as per hospital protocols
• Record the progress and any event of the patient in the HMIS system accordingly following ward rounds or any other patient examinations, communication, or procedures
• Participate in the management of patients under the supervision of Senior Residents, Senior Medical Officer, Staff Medical Officer, and Consultants
• Ensure that patients are given correct medication/instruction as advised by the consultant and explain their healthcare needs
• Continually work towards enhancing competencies in a clinical setting under the supervision of consultants and other faculty and staff
• Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, particularly those relating to Health and Safety at Work
