- Anesthetist (B-18): MBBS Degree from a recognized institute, recognized by PMDC.
- ENT Specialist (B-18): MBBS Degree from a recognized institute, recognized by PMDC.
- Gynecologist (B-18): Post Graduate Clinical Diploma or higher qualification in a specialty recognized by PMDC.
- General Surgeon (B-18): MBBS Degree from a recognized institute, recognized by PMDC.
- Pathologist (B-18): MBBS Degree from a recognized institute, recognized by PMDC.
- Physician (B-18): MBBS Degree from a recognized institute, recognized by PMDC, with permanent PMDC registration and post-graduate qualification.
- Lady Medical Officer (B-17): MBBS Degree from a recognized institute, recognized by PMDC, with permanent PMDC required.
- Dental Surgeon (B-17): BDS Degree from a recognized institute, recognized by PMDC, with permanent PMDC required.
- Medical Officer (B-17): MBBS Degree from a recognized institute, recognized by PMDC, with permanent PMDC required.
- Pharmacist (B-17): D. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy or equivalent qualification from a recognized university, registered with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.

Permanent PNMC registration and a certificate of completion for a 1-year internship training from a recognized hospital/institution are mandatory.
