Duties and Responsibilities:

Inform the Supervisor to reorder vaccine supplies at least 02 weeks in advance
Prepare microplans in coordination with District EPI and District Coordinator
Pick up and drop off vaccines to designated health facilities
Provide EPI services through outreach camps
Ensure the correct use and care of all electronic equipment and medical supplies used in the program
Administer the correct vaccines with the correct dosage
Follow strict infection control measures
Maintain a stock register of vaccines and ensure the daily/permanent registers of the EPI programme are maintained properly
Collect program data on given templates
Make follow-up calls to children’s parents/caregivers
Troubleshoot and support all areas of programmatic work as required
