Skills

• Experience in observing pre-contact award formalities for the execution of works
• Proficiency in drafting estimates for the procurement of works, goods, and services
• Ability to monitor that contracts are awarded and implemented following PPRA Rules to ensure fairness and transparency
• Skill in ensuring the quality of works as per plans/drawings, specifications, methodologies, procedures, and engineering standards
• Experience in dealing with administration, accounts, and budgetary matters
• Possession of a good reputation and integrity
• Experience in public dealing
• Ability to make prompt decisions
• Experience in coordinating with other government departments and agencies to resolve issues/disputes of the Society

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract award formalities and execution of works
• Prepare accurate estimates for procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with PPRA rules for contract management
• Maintain high quality of works according to engineering standards
• Manage administrative, accounting, and budgetary affairs
• Represent the society with integrity and professionalism
• Handle public dealings effectively
• Make timely and sound decisions
• Collaborate with government bodies to resolve disputes
