1. Digital Products

All CV templates and services provided by Jobseed CV Maker are digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a template is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If you are unable to download or use a purchased template due to a technical issue on our end, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same template.
• Non-Delivery: If you did not receive access to your purchased template within 24 hours of payment.
• Within 7 Days: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• If the template was successfully downloaded and used.
• If you changed your mind after downloading the template.
• If the issue is related to third-party software (e.g., MS Word, PDF readers) rather than our templates.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayFast) within 5-10 business days.

6. Free Templates

Free templates have no refund applicable as no payment was made.
