Jobseed CV Maker provides the following services:

• CV/Resume template selection and customization.
• Online CV editor with drag-and-drop functionality.
• CV import from PDF/Word documents.
• AI-assisted summary writing (on selected templates).
• CV download in PDF format.
• Custom CV template design tools.

3. Products & Pricing

We offer multiple CV templates at various price points, including free templates. Prices are displayed in PKR. Payments are processed securely through PayFast. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your CV.
• Do not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Do not redistribute or resell our templates.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, code, and content on Jobseed CV Maker are the intellectual property of Jobseed CV Maker. Users purchase a license to use templates for personal CV creation, not ownership of the templates themselves.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed via PayFast.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jobseed CV Maker is not liable for any job application outcomes, hiring decisions, or consequences arising from the use of CVs created through our platform. We provide tools for CV creation but do not guarantee employment.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI-assisted features generate suggestions based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before including it in your CV.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan.
