Skills
- Support timely and compliant procurement of SRH, MHPSS, IPC, and MNCH supplies, equipment, and training materials as per IPSAR work plan
- Maintain accurate inventory records for supplies at supported health facilities in Pishin and Killa Saifullah; ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Coordinate safe and efficient delivery of commodities (e.g., delivery kits, newborn kits, IEC materials) to target health facilities and community outreach teams
- Liaise with IRC, finance, admin, and program teams to align logistics with IPSAR activity timelines and donor compliance
- Arrange transportation, warehousing, and storage of goods in line with IPC standards, ensuring traceability and safety of medical items
- Ensure all procurement and logistics documents are properly maintained, verified, and reported according to IHHN and donor (IRC) requirements
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
