• Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships
• Identify opportunities, structure financing, and manage credit proposals
• Drive cross-sell of bank's products and generate funded/non-funded business
• Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely collections
• Drive trade sales by onboarding new customers and strengthening existing relationships
• Promote cross-sell and generate business through internal coordination
• Conduct customer visits, manage pipeline, and submit visit reports
• Maintain customer service quality, complaint resolution, and timely servicing
• Ensure training participation and timely dissemination of trade updates
• Promote and achieve Agri credit products as per assigned targets
• Coordinate with respective functions for end to end process completion
• Manage recovery and collection of assigned portfolio
• Conduct stock/visit inspections and submit reports
• Manage renewal/review of credit facilities
• Maintain proper records and file management

• Drive trade sales by onboarding new customers and strengthening existing relationships
• Promote cross-sell and generate business through internal coordination
• Conduct customer visits, manage pipeline, and submit visit reports
• Maintain customer service quality, complaint resolution, and timely servicing
• Ensure training participation and timely dissemination of trade updates
• Promote and achieve Agri credit products as per assigned targets in coordination with respective functions for end to end process completion
