Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan and execute strategic retail and institutional sales through country-wide branch network to meet sales target
- To coordinate with legal counsels for ensuing and pending litigation, court hearings and other corporate legal matters
- To draft and review agreements, contracts, MoUs and other legal documents
