  • Ability to plan and execute strategic retail and institutional sales
  • Good understanding and analytical/valuation skills of equities and Fixed Income Instruments
  • Ability to analyze and develop Financial Models
  • Coordination with legal counsels for ensuing and pending litigation, court hearings and other corporate legal matters
  • Ability to draft and review agreements, contracts, MoUs and other legal documents
  • Ability to prepare, draft, present legal opinions, letters and memoranda
  • Manage Network, Firewalls, Servers, SAN, Virtualization, SLA Management, Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) Solution
  • Troubleshooting and provide L2/L3 support for core systems and users
  • Ensure high availability, security and performance of IT systems
  • Develop HR initiatives and systems seeking input/review by all concerned
  • Develop HR as a strategic function within the organization
  • Develop and implement a performance evaluation and management system
  • Conduct a work load assessment program
  • Identify and implement in-house and external training programs within organization
  • Develop marketing strategy and plan to promote sales of funds
  • Analyze market competition and develop new products catering to investors need
  • Act as a single point of contact with the Board of Directors and management
  • Coordinate and organize meetings between them and shareholders
  • Record minutes of all Board of Directors' meetings
  • Ensure compliance of all procedures, applicable laws, rules and regulations, Companies Act 2017, relevant SECP and SBP guidelines, Secretarial Laws and Code of Corporate Governance
  • Experience in managing portfolio of Conventional / Islamic Funds & VPS
  • Adequate knowledge of market, trading and settlement system

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To plan and execute strategic retail and institutional sales through country-wide branch network to meet sales target
  • To coordinate with legal counsels for ensuing and pending litigation, court hearings and other corporate legal matters
