Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in recruitment, selection, and induction processes
• Maintaining personnel records, service files, and HR database
• Processing leave, promotions, transfers, and other HR matters in accordance with rules
• Drafting official correspondence, notifications, office orders, and summaries
• Assisting in implementation of HR policies and administrative procedures
• Coordinating performance evaluation, and employee development activities
• Compliance with organizational rules, regulations, and government policies
• Supervising support staff and assisting senior management in administrative matters
• Performing any other task assigned by the Competent Authority
