• Advocate of the High Court for the last 8 years (for Joint Director)
• Experience in corporate litigation and prosecution
• Strong analytical and legal drafting skills
• Experience in legislative review and research (for Assistant Director - Legislative Review & Research Department)
• Experience in adjudication departments of regulatory bodies (for Additional Director - Appellate Bench Registry and Deputy Director - Appellate Bench Registry)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting prosecution and civil litigation
• Providing legal advice on corporate and capital markets matters
• Reviewing and researching legislation
• Handling appellate bench registry functions
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
