Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist as well as supervise activities that relate to improvement of clinical and service quality within the hospital
• Work with the Medical & Nursing staff
• Assist the Head of Department/ Manager of QIPS in JCIA related quality initiatives and other departmental responsibilities
• Interact, as a facilitator, with Physicians/Managers and other staff for quality related initiatives
• Facilitate establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management systems, and other departmental responsibilities as assigned by the Head of QIPS
