Job Details:

• Manager Marketing, Communication & Research: Requires a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field, with 8-12 years of experience, including 2 years at a managerial level in strategic marketing, communications, or research, preferably within public sector development or large-scale institutional environments. Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, analytics, and research-led strategy is essential.
• Digital Marketing & Content Specialist: Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred (Mass Communication, Film and TV, Marketing, Journalism, or similar), with 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or content roles. Proven experience in content planning and digital campaign execution, along with experience coordinating with external agencies and vendors, is required.
