Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fee Payment: The processing fee is Rs.5000/- payable via Bank Challan/DD in favor of Director Finance QUEST, Nawabshah.
• Online Application: Alternatively, application forms can be downloaded from the university website: www.quest.edu.pk.
• Required Documents: Applications must include two latest photographs, attested photocopies of Certificates, and names of two referees.
• CV and Demand Draft: For the posts of Registrar and Director (QEC), the application must be accompanied by a C.V. and a Demand Draft of Rs.5000/-.
• Serving Employees: Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel, submitting an NOC from their employer. An advance copy of the application may be sent.
• PEC Registration: Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council as a Professional Engineer is mandatory where applicable.
• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application forms along with separate bank drafts/challans for each post.
• Incomplete Applications: Applications lacking copies of educational, professional, experience certificates, or processing fees will not be entertained.
