We are specifically looking for a Segment Head - Governance & Quality Control to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Bachelor's degree and significant experience in the banking sector, with a preference for those who have at least five years of direct banking experience. This role is crucial for maintaining operational standards and ensuring the efficient functioning of our IT and customer service operations.

• Job Title: Segment Head - Governance & Quality Control (Information Technology Group)
• Location: Lahore
• Grade: Band-5 to Band-3
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Required Experience: 9 to 12 years
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years as on date of application
• Key Responsibilities: Managing financial transactions, ensuring team productivity, overseeing CCTV access, communicating policies, and conducting team reviews.

• Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university
  • Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience
  • Preference for candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience
  • Ability to manage timely validation and processing of financial and non-financial requests
  • Capability to manage the CBC for BANCA Insurance
  • Skills to ensure team productivity according to PSM parameters
  • Proficiency in managing CCTV cameras for access and retrieval of recordings
  • Competence in communicating bank policies, product initiatives, and promotions
  • Ability to conduct review sessions with team members based on correspondence and call evaluations

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely validation and processing of all financial & non-financial requests of customers
  • Manage the CBC for BANCA Insurance
  • Ensure that the productivity of all team members according to the defined parameters in PSM
  • Manage CCTV cameras access in order to view and retrieve recordings
  • Effectively communicate bank policies, processes, product initiatives and promotions to team members and ensure their timely compliance
  • Held review sessions with Team Members based on both correspondence and call evaluations
