• Executive Director (Planning): Requires a minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience in local or international public/private organizations, including 03 years in Senior Management roles or as Head of Department.
• Director (Transmission Operation Planning): Needs a minimum Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in local/international public/private organizations. Experience with computer-based programs, particularly PSSE software used in transmission planning and power system studies, is highly preferred.
• Deputy Director (Legal): Demands a Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Law from a recognized university.
• Deputy Director (BP&AR): Requires a Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Project Management from an HEC-recognized university.
