The bank is specifically seeking candidates for two key positions: VP-I/VP in the Head Building & Works Department and OG-II Officer in Assets & Logistics. • Head Building & Works Department (VP-I/VP): Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for expertise in building construction, supervision, and project management of high-rise buildings, including HVAC and electrical systems. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution and membership in the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a Professional Engineer are mandatory.
• Officer - Assets & Logistics (OG-II): Demands a minimum of 03 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute is required. Key responsibilities include asset tagging, budget preparation, auction of dead stock, and managing procurement and maintenance of various equipment and systems.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant field (for VP-I/VP)

• Experience in HVAC, Electrical systems (for VP-I/VP)

• Competence in monitoring/procurement/installation/maintenance of CCTV systems, Capex machinery, and security equipment (for OG-II)

• Skills in preparing demand/file along-with approvals (for OG-II)
• Ability to review bidding documents and participate in bid evaluation committees (for OG-II)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and designing of Bank's buildings (for VP-I/VP)
• Monitoring, supervision, and construction/repair works (civil/electrical/mechanical) (for VP-I/VP)
• Renting out surplus spaces in Bank's owned buildings (for VP-I/VP)
• Hiring of Buildings on rental basis for Branch offices (for VP-I/VP)
• Allotment and administration of Flats in Colony (for VP-I/VP)
• Compliance of Audit paras / SBP observations (for VP-I/VP)
• Liaison with Line Departments at HO/Field (for VP-I/VP)
• Preparation of Budget for CAPEX/OPEX (for VP-I/VP)
• Assisting Management for policy decisions (for VP-I/VP)
• Performing any other task assigned by the management (for VP-I/VP)
• Tagging Coding of Fixed Assets at HO (for OG-II)
• Preparation of Annual Budget & Utilization (for OG-II)
• Auction/Disposal of Dead Stock Articles (for OG-II)
• Monitoring/Procurement/Installation/Maintenance of CCTV System, Capex Machinery and Security Equipment (for OG-II)
• Manage procurement and access furniture & fixture requirements for Branches and HO (for OG-II)
• Preparing Demand/File along-with Approvals by Authority for onward submission to Procurement Department i.e
• Electrical Appliances & Installations/Security Equipment/Furniture & Fixture/Capex Machinery (for OG-II)
• Review of Bidding Documents and can be the part of Bid Evaluation Committees and liaison with Procurement Department (for OG-II)
• Ensure compliance with security polices and audit requirements (for OG-II)
• Performing any other task assigned by the management (for OG-II)
