• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Senior Engineering Leadership role

• Oversee and manage all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
• Ensure optimal functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and mechanical systems
• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and project plans
