  • General Conditions: Candidates must not have been dismissed, removed, or compulsorily retired from any public/private service. Candidates with a criminal record, involved in financial fraud, misconduct, or declared wilful defaulters will be disqualified.
  • Declaration: Candidates must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (worth Rs.100) regarding the absence of conflict of interest and non-involvement in FIA, NAB cases.
  • Fit and Proper Criteria: Declaration of compliance with the Fit and Proper Criteria under the relevant provision of the Schedule IV of the SOE (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 and Companies Act, 2017 as per Step-7(ii) of CMU Guidelines is mandatory.
  • Police Verification: Candidates must provide the Police Verification Certificate with the application.
  • HEC Equivalence: HEC equivalence is mandatory for foreign degrees.
  • Government Employees: Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel with NOC of the respective department.
  • Original Documents: Candidates will be required to produce all original documents at the time of interview.
  • Risk and Cost: Applications submitted by the candidates will be at the risk and cost of the applicant. Any information found bogus at any stage, during induction or later in service, will result in termination of candidature or employment thereof.
  • No Lien: No lien shall be admissible and Government employees, if selected, shall be required to resign from their parent service or proceed on retirement, as applicable, prior to joining.
